Our Application does not require you to create an account with personally identifiable information like your name, email address, or phone number. If you choose to sign in via Google Play Games Services, your public gamer profile information (like your username and profile picture) may be used for leaderboard functionality.

2. Third-Party Services

Our Service uses third-party services to function. These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.

  • Google AdMob: We use AdMob to serve advertisements within the Application. AdMob uses your device's Advertising ID and coarse location information to provide more relevant ads. Link to Google's Ad Policy
  • Device Sharing Functionality: Our app includes an optional “Share” feature that uses your device’s built-in sharing interface (for example, to share a screenshot or message through apps you select). This feature runs entirely on your device and does not transmit any information to our servers or to the developer of this app.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To Provide the Service: To operate the game, save your progress, and display leaderboards.
  • To Improve the Service: To analyze crash data and usage trends to fix bugs and improve the user experience.
  • To Provide Advertisements: To display relevant ads that support the free-to-play nature of the game. Your coarse location data is used solely for the purpose of serving location-relevant advertising.

4. Your Data Rights & How to Delete Your Data

You have the right to control and delete your data. This process is managed in three parts: data stored locally on your device, data managed by third-party services, and advertising data.

A. Deleting Locally Stored App Data (In-App)

Our Service provides an in-app method to delete all data that is stored locally on your device. This includes your game settings, all personal statistics, high scores, and tutorial progress.

How to do it: Navigate to the Settings screen within the Flappy Stonk application and use the "Delete All Data" button. A confirmation will be required. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

B. Deleting Third-Party Service Data (External)

Certain data, like leaderboard scores, is tied to your personal Google Account and must be deleted through Google's own systems.

  • Google Play Games Services Data: To delete your leaderboard scores and other game data associated with your Google Account, you must visit your Google Account settings. You can manage data for third-party apps with access to your account here: https://myaccount.google.com/permissions.
  • Firebase Anonymous Authentication Data: The anonymous ID we use to track your game session is reset when you uninstall and reinstall the application.

C. Managing Advertising & Location Data (Device Settings)

You have direct control over the Advertising ID and location permissions on your device.

  • On Android: You can reset or delete your Advertising ID by navigating to Settings > Google > Ads. You can manage location permissions for this app in Settings > Location > App permissions.
  • On iOS: You can manage tracking permissions by navigating to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking. You can manage location permissions in Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services.

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland, you can manage or revoke your consent for Google’s ad services at any time by visiting Google’s Ad Settings.

Security of Your Data

The security of Your data is important to Us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While We strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect Your data, We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
